Want to take your training up a notch for the Asheville Marathon and Half at Biltmore Estate?

Check out Fleet Feet Asheville Half/Full Training Programs — 15 week-programs with the Asheville Half & Full Marathons at Biltmore as their goal races. Each week consists of four runs plus cross-training and a focus on a particular educational topic (hydration, nutrition, stretching, recovery, etc.).

Everyone from beginners to experienced runners are welcome! Here’s the baseline: Runners need to be able to run 4-5 miles for the half and 6-7 miles for the full at this point. Please contact Fleet Feet for more info and check out their FB event page!
