Race Expo
The Health & Fitness Expo features exhibitors offering the latest in running equipment and nutrition. This is your chance to shop official race merchandise and talk with the people that know running. The expo is free, open to the public, and is the home of packet pickup for all participants.
Pick up your race shirt, bib number, find your next pair of running shoes, snap a few pics, and get pumped for race day—it’s all a part of the race weekend experience in Asheville!

Packet Pickup
- Takes place during the expo hours at DoubleTree Hotel
- You may pick up a race packet for another pre-registered runner
- Emergency bib pickup will be available in Downtown Asheville at Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown (309 College St, Asheville, NC 28801) from 6:00am-7:00am on race morning. This is strictly for emergency situations and you will only receive your bib and safety pins. Please note that shirts and goody bags would be picked up at the post race party, so plan accordingly. Shirt sizes are no longer guaranteed after the race starts.
