Meet with Danny Dreyer founder of ChiRunning while he covers the technical aspects of the Asheville Marathon. What type of things should you expect and how to respond to the course in the best way. The importance of good technique combined with proper training to get you across the finish line. And some last minute suggestions for having a great marathon experience (arriving early, fueling correctly, pacing on the hills, course review, etc.).

Parking: Please park in the front or rear of  DoubleTree Hotel or at the Sleep Inn. Do not park in the TGI Friday’s parking lot.

Pre-Race Dinner seats by reservation only, on first come first served basis, $18.00 per person + tax. Tickets can be purchased at the Expo only
