All of the Chi Running training program participants at the 2013 Asheville Marathon at Biltmore Estate
met and even exceeded their race goals
at the inaugural race!
“The Chi Running training plan gave me confidence entering the race and the group support was incredibly helpful during the later stages of the race. I was pleasantly surprised that the recovery time was so short. My expectation prior to beginning Chi training was to be completely wasted with a week or more of recovery. I was aware that pain/discomfort meant I was missing a focus. I was able to run through my mental checklist and correct issues before they became disabling. My current focus is relaxing my ankles to eliminate ankle/achilles discomfort.”

Running is all about optimizing the flow of energy in the body, reducing the use of force for moving forward, and thereby the risk of walking or running injury, while maximizing the benefits of mindful movement and healthy living. This allows you to get the most profit in running in terms of health, performance, and enjoyment, all the while staying happy and injury free. Via this approach, Chi Running would like to offer to help YOU get the most out of your life force on race day at the Asheville Marathon at Biltmore on March 16th, 2014.
