#RUNLUCKY7AVL

WELCOME to the 2019 Asheville Marathon and Half at Biltmore Estate! We are beyond thrilled to have you part of this 7th Annual event run entirely all on Biltmore Estate’s property on March 16 and 17th! You have put in the WORK and now it is time to taper, relax and enjoy the last part of your journey: getting to the start line, enjoying the scenery and each step of the race and celebrating at the finish line!  Use hashtag #RUNLUCKY7AVL as you are prepping and shaking out your last minute training for the race, then all weekend long for a chance at a highlight and re-posts on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Event Day Transportation

The start of the race is several miles from the entrance of Biltmore Estate, in Antler Hill Village, so you will need to either drive or take a shuttle to the start line. It takes approximately 20-25 minutes to get to the race start from the front entrance of the Biltmore Estate, with minimal traffic. We suggest you go ahead and pre-order these ONLINE HERE before the deadline of Sunday, March 10th. We will have limited availability for Shuttle tickets to be purchased at the race expo. Shuttle pick-up locations are available at AB-Tech (for local and non-Biltmore Farms hotel guests) and Double Tree Hotel (for Biltmore Farms hotel guests).

Please carpool if you can. It’s good for the environment and you can share in the pre-race anticipation, and it will help make race day parking run a whole lot smoother.
